Baked Butter Spicy Sausage
Good morning everybody,
This week went by so fast that I didn't understand anything. After finishing my work last night, I didn't have much time to cook. When you reach a point where you don't know what to eat when your hunger level rises, there is a situation where you want to eat whatever is in the house… Just then, I caught my eye and prepared fresh potatoes in 5 minutes. As the best option to use the remaining butter after putting it in the oven is sausages, I prepared 5 sausages from 10 per person.
You can also prepare this practical recipe on its own, but they go great with baked potatoes. Just add the baked potatoes 10 minutes before you take them out of the oven. If you want to prepare a practical but entertaining menu for your friends, you can add frozen pizza to the menu.
If you remove the garlic in it, it is a good alternative for breakfast :)

Ingredients for Baked Butter and Spicy Sausage Recipe
- 10 sausages
- 1-2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 sprig of fresh thyme
- 1 sprigs of rosemary
- salt
- 1 cloves of garlic
How to Make Butter and Spicy Sausage in the Oven Recipe?
- Slice the sausages in short intervals and without going too deep, just like in the photo.
- In a small bowl, mix the butter, grated garlic, salt, and thyme and rosemary.
- Rub this seasoned butter over the sausages and into the cuts.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees until golden brown.
I tried this recipe last night, but since I had little time for iftar, I had to make it in the pan instead of the oven, I poured oil on the bottom so that it wouldn't burn, I guess that's why it turned out a little oily. I'm sure it would be much lighter in the oven, but it was really delicious.
