Homemade Coco Star

Hello Dear Friends,

CocoStar or in other words Bounty One of the most popular coconut recipes. There are recipes that use thickened or condensed sweet milk abroad. Since we do not have such a product, I added cream and extra butter.

The only downside to this recipe, which tastes, textures and looks great, is that it's a distraction. After the first 1-2 tries, your hand will get used to it, but remember, if you squeeze it too hard, it will scatter, if you squeeze it less, it won't come together :) Coconut balls (Snowman) As in the recipe, there may be some friends who find it difficult.

After the shaping process of the coconut mixture is finished, make sure to rest it so that it absorbs itself and freezes a little more. At the end of the resting process, melt the chocolate and use it without waiting to prevent it from freezing. Here's how I did the drizzle with chocolate. There is a sample video. Prefer to use dark couverture chocolate as coating chocolate.

In these measurements, 16 small chocolates, the size I made, came out.
