Now is the time for the new world and fresh garlic. I think our trip to Antep was 3 years ago, I tasted it for the first time during this trip and liked it very much. Of course, the ones we tried were barbecued, but the home version cooked in the oven is also excellent.
If you have semi-hard malt plums at home, I say try it with some ground beef without wasting any time. It is prepared and cooked so quickly and easily that you wouldn't believe it. Moreover, the resulting flavor is magnificent.
I actually like the garlic and extra seasoning in the ground meat, but I didn't add the fresh garlic because I want to cook it on the tray.

Ingredients for Loquat Kebab Recipe
- 500 gr new world (maleta)
- 250 gr mince
- salt
- black pepper
- fresh garlic
- pomegranate syrup and olive oil for brushing after cooking
How to Make Loquat Kebab Recipe?
- Wash the new worlds, cut them in half lengthwise and remove the cores.
