For the Spinach Mortar:

For the crepes:

  • 1,5 water glass milk

How to Make Spinach Pancakes with Béchamel Sauce?

  1. Take 2 tablespoons of butter in the pan and turn the stove to its lowest setting.
  2. When the margarine starts to melt, add the flour and start roasting.
  3. When the flour changes color very slightly and starts to smell, add milk little by little.
  4. Continue to add milk while whisking rapidly. Season with salt and pepper when you add all the milk.
  5. Beat the sauce on low heat until it leaves a trace in the pan as in the photo and remove from the stove.

For service:

  • Half a glass of grated cheddar cheese
  1. Put ¼ of the spinach filling in the middle of the pancake and roll it by folding it as in the photo.
  2. Arrange the rolls side by side in a bowl. Pour the bechamel sauce you prepared on it and sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown. Serve hot.
