Carrot Cinnamon Cake (Lonely Man Cake)
Hello friends, today is truly one of the most enjoyable days of my life. If you ask why, no matter which branch of Esse stores I pass by for a long time, I finally got my one and only Kitchenaid, which is the reason why I stick to the window of the butcher shop like a cat looking at the liver.
I thought long and hard about where to start and how to cut it short :) but I decided that I can't cut it short and I decided to tell you at length about my passion for this kitchen monster.
For the first time, I noticed that perfect device that is in every pastry recipe in Martha Steward's TV show and started searching the internet. When I first saw it in the shop window, when I learned it was sold in Esse, I jumped in eagerly. However, when I saw the price, I threw myself out of the store at the same speed. But this situation strengthened the ties between us. Like Leylasız Mecnun, I developed a habit of visiting all the stores I see, including Eminönü, and sometimes visiting the same stores at different times to follow up on prices.
For some reason, the price, which was more suitable before the crisis, increased even more in spite of the crisis and completely destroyed all my dreams. Until today, it turns out that Esse has made a great campaign and thus the price of my beloved mixer (it's a shame to say it's just a mixer) has been reduced by almost half. It is so interesting that we learned that this campaign was in the shopping mall where I went with my mother and wife for a completely different purpose, and today is the last day. While we were still thinking about whether to buy it or not, what to do if we didn't, my dear mother made one of the most beautiful surprises in the world and bought the mixer for me as a gift (I think you know how much we thought about it :) )…
It's still a dream come true when my wife and I came home and made our kitchen counter suitable for my Kitchenaid.
I've waited that long, brought it home without trying my black panther? Of course not… Here is the first recipe I made in my mixer, which I watched with toci in the past weeks (it was also me before. 'The Messenger Film' I am very impressed with) Cagan Irmak's sensational Unemployed man It was “Carrot Cinnamon Cake” in the movie (from where to where, dear friends). Apart from the excellent and appropriate music choices, I think it was a good movie, especially the finale was done well.
I was really satisfied with both the performance of my mixer and the taste of the cake. I still go to the kitchen and watch the little one from time to time :)

Ingredients for Carrot Cinnamon Cake (Issız Adam Cake) Recipe
- 3 pieces of eggs
- 1 large carrot
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanillin with sugar
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 1 package baking powder
- 1 glasses of yoghurt
- 2,5-3 glasses of flour
- 1 teaspoons of oil
To decorate:
- Orange and green sugar paste
How to Make Carrot Cinnamon Cake (Issız Adam Cake) Recipe?
- Peel the carrot and grate it with the fine side of the grater. Beat sugar and room temperature egg until creamy. Then add vanillin, oil, yoghurt, flour, baking powder, and whisk until you get a smooth consistency.
- When the mixture comes to a consistency, add the carrot and cinnamon and continue mixing. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- Before taking it out of the oven, check with a toothpick whether it is cooked or not. If the toothpick comes out dry, take the cake out of the oven and let it cool.
- Make tiny carrots by breaking off some large pieces of sugar cubes in orange candy dough. Make small leaves from green sugar paste and combine the two parts with the help of glycerine or water, if any.
- Serve by putting a carrot made of sugar paste for each piece of cake you have cooled and sliced.
I have never baked a yogurt-added cake before. I would like to bake this cake, but can you add the measurements in grams?

It tasted great, but it's not puffy like in the picture, it feels slightly moist inside, I wonder if I put walnuts in it, I wonder if it's because of it? Note: I've been making it for about a year, I love this recipe :)

The cake does not bake in 30 minutes as in your recipe. I think because of its oven feature, I cooked it in my oven with a turbo fan in C position for 180 hour and 1 minutes at 15 degrees. After the first 45-50 minutes, when I look at it, the top is browned, the edges are cooked, but the middle is not cooked, I turned it over and continued the less cooked part in the remaining minute. but the taste is amazing, I really used the classic cake recipe for myself, I also made it with walnuts and cocoa, everyone, I'm giving you your recipe:)))
