Hello there,
I follow your site all the time, I get mail every day :)
This menu is very good, I chose them. There are a few questions I want to ask:
I want to make your recipe for chicken thighs with cream in the oven. Do you mean the cream that you mentioned as raw cream in your recipe, which is sold in small boxes in the markets? Or is raw cream something different?
Can we use drumsticks instead of thighs? If they are used, do they need to be boiled too? I want to make this recipe especially because my wife is not very good with chicken, just like you :))
good luck to you and your hands.
happy holidays in advance
Hello, Mrs. Icon, the reason why I wrote raw cream is that it is mixed with whipped cream, as you said, it will be 200 ml box cream.
You can use any chicken pieces you want for the recipe, it's better to boil it first as it looks like the same thighs in baguettes.
Take it easy now, loves…
