Hello dear friends,

On the last day of the week, I wanted to prepare something sweet or sweet (Anyhow, the end is an excuse :) ). Since I have a recurring pain in my right wrist these days (I think from using ipad and mouse intensively), I started kneading dough with a mixer again.

I decided to share what I did while kneading the dough with my followers on social networks moment by moment. All the photos you will see during the construction phases Twitter as well as Instagram I published it in the heat of the heat.

butter dough

It is truly AMAZING to cook alone in one's home, in one's own kitchen, but with such a crowd! It was very nice to read the comments at that moment and try to answer when my hands were doughy. Thank you all for not leaving me alone.

Note: If you want the cinnamon rolls to take the shape of a spiral, you should arrange them on a wide tray at least 2 cm apart.

Note 2: If you say that these sweet rolls are not enough for me, you want extra sugar, you can prepare a practical powdered sugar sauce on it.

Ingredients for Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

  • 1 pieces of eggs
  • 1 cup of warm milk
  • 1 teaspoon of warm water
  • 1 tablespoon of dry yeast
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 5,5 water glass flour
  • half a glass of butter

For inside:

  • Half a glass of granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
  • 5-6 tablespoons of chocolate chips
  • 4 spoonful butter

For between:

  • 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 2 drops of vanilla flavoring

How To Make Cinnamon Rolls Recipe?

  1. Put the eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add milk and water after mixing for a minute without foaming with the help of a mixer.
  2. Keep stirring until the sugar dissolves. Add the yeast and butter and mix for 1 more minute.
  3. Slowly add flour to the completely melted mixture and mix with the hook (for those who use a hand mixer with a spiral tip) tip of the mixer, first at low speed and then at high speed until the dough comes together and separates from the bowl.
  4. Lay the collected dough on the floured counter and collect it by sprinkling some more flour on it.
  5. As in the photo, divide the dough into 2 parts and knead both parts lightly to form a ball.
  6. Blend the granulated sugar and cinnamon in a blender. Melt the butter with a brush until it is spread over the dough.
  7. Roll out the first piece on the floured counter with the half of the rolling pin into a rectangle with a thickness of 1 cm.
  8. Brush half of the butter on the dough with the help of a brush. Sprinkle half of the powdered sugar mixture on the dough and the chocolate chips on the dough.
  9. Roll the dough you prepared and slice it when it is 2 fingers thick (do the same with the 2nd dough). Arrange them side by side in the baking dish that you greased with the remaining butter.
  10. In a preheated oven at 180 degrees, brown the top of the haöurs and bake for about 25 minutes until the sugars are caramelized.
  11. If desired, serve by pouring the sauce you prepared by mixing powdered sugar, water and vanilla flavor on it.

It gets crispy. It would be better to use yeast, I can't say anything because I haven't tried it with baking powder.

I tried the recipe, it tastes great, but the dough is very hard. Do you have any suggestions for this? I would be very happy if you reply :)

Me too, I did it, it's healthy. I like it very much. I added lemon juice to the sauce, not vanilla flavor. But they went very well with the tea in the sauce :)

By the way, I forgot to say get well soon for your hand :( I have a nerve entrapment in my right hand, I used a wristband for 3 months because the intensity was due to kneading dough and work, I say be careful!
