Cinnamon Rolls
Hello dear friends,
On the last day of the week, I wanted to prepare something sweet or sweet (Anyhow, the end is an excuse :) ). Since I have a recurring pain in my right wrist these days (I think from using ipad and mouse intensively), I started kneading dough with a mixer again.
I decided to share what I did while kneading the dough with my followers on social networks moment by moment. All the photos you will see during the construction phases Twitter as well as instagram I published it in the heat of the heat.
It is truly AMAZING to cook alone in one's home, in one's own kitchen, but with such a crowd! It was very nice to read the comments at that moment and try to answer when my hands were doughy. Thank you all for not leaving me alone.
Note: If you want the cinnamon rolls to take the shape of a spiral, you should arrange them on a wide tray at least 2 cm apart.
Note 2: If you say that these sweet rolls are not enough for me, you want extra sugar, you can prepare a practical powdered sugar sauce on it.
Love…
Ingredients for Cinnamon Rolls Recipe
- 1 pieces of eggs
- 1 cup of warm milk
- 1 teaspoon of warm water
- 1 tablespoon of dry yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 5,5 water glass flour
- half a glass of butter
For inside:
- Half a glass of granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
- 5-6 tablespoons of chocolate chips
- 4 spoonful butter
For between:
- 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 2 drops of vanilla flavoring
How To Make Cinnamon Rolls Recipe?
- Put the eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add milk and water after mixing for a minute without foaming with the help of a mixer.
- Keep stirring until the sugar dissolves. Add the yeast and butter and mix for 1 more minute.
- Slowly add flour to the completely melted mixture and mix with the hook (for those who use a hand mixer with a spiral tip) tip of the mixer, first at low speed and then at high speed until the dough comes together and separates from the bowl.
- Lay the collected dough on the floured counter and collect it by sprinkling some more flour on it.
- As in the photo, divide the dough into 2 parts and knead both parts lightly to form a ball.
- Blend the granulated sugar and cinnamon in a blender. Melt the butter with a brush until it is spread over the dough.
- Roll out the first piece on the floured counter with the half of the rolling pin into a rectangle with a thickness of 1 cm.
- Brush half of the butter on the dough with the help of a brush. Sprinkle half of the powdered sugar mixture on the dough and the chocolate chips on the dough.
- Roll the dough you prepared and slice it when it is 2 fingers thick (do the same with the 2nd dough). Arrange them side by side in the baking dish that you greased with the remaining butter.
- In a preheated oven at 180 degrees, brown the top of the haöurs and bake for about 25 minutes until the sugars are caramelized.
- If desired, serve by pouring the sauce you prepared by mixing powdered sugar, water and vanilla flavor on it.
Meraba, your recipe looks very nice. Where did you get the red oven dish? What is the brand?
Can I use baking powder instead of yeast?
Does it become soft or a little crunch after the pudding? they look very nice, thank you very much..
It gets crispy. It would be better to use yeast, I can't say anything because I haven't tried it with baking powder.
I tried the recipe, it tastes great, but the dough is very hard. Do you have any suggestions for this? I would be very happy if you reply :)
Hello, there is no problem, the dough of the recipe is hard :)
ahh, I love it so much I ate out and by chance I don't know where I didn't find this site right now, but I'm glad I found it, I've been wandering around for a few minutes and there are so many good things, thanks :))
your hands look very good. I will try it as soon as possible. I wonder if we melt the butter in the dough :)
Hello, it is enough to be at room temperature.
I made this recipe too. It was very good when it first came out of the oven. But I think I dried it a bit. :( how can I solve this problem? Thank you!

Your Cinnamon Rolls recipe is great, the first 3 photos on the page are also awesome :)
Thanks :) I'm trying to publish step by step when I have the opportunity
oh the recipe is great, I made it, everyone loved it, but where to put that pinch of salt, I wonder if I can get over it :(
Salt is added to the dough. To bring out the flavor of sweet pastries.
hello…I love your photos..it really encourages people to get up…I love crunchy dough apple cookies and I wonder if this is how it works in this recipe?
Ms. aylin, we made it with my mother, we used instant yeast, it was very good, we ate it with pleasure, thank you very much for the recipe :)
I did it too, thank you very much, I like it
Enjoy your meal :)
Me too, I did it, it's healthy. I like it very much. I added lemon juice to the sauce, not vanilla flavor. But they went very well with the tea in the sauce :)
Lemon juice was a very different choice. Must try :)
I can't wait to try your health.
Cinnamon is definitely one of the most enjoyable spices to be consumed during the winter months.
Exactly :)
By the way, I forgot to say get well soon for your hand :( I have a nerve entrapment in my right hand, I used a wristband for 3 months because the intensity was due to kneading dough and work, I say be careful!
Get well soon. I'm trying to be careful these days, but things don't wait.
Hello, thanks to Nilay, I have a food blog, I am very, very happy, thank you very much :)
Especially the kitchen secrets, which I have been following for years and once won as a gift, and may we have plenty of happy taste :) I expect your help and support.
Happy for us :) We are looking forward to their tarids :)
it looks very nice, I intend to make it, there is no yeast in the house :(
The dessert I love very much, the dessert I always make. Good luck to you, you also take photos very well. I rather like the visuality of the work. Perfect
Thank you :) Shooting is a process that requires effort as much as production.
Is this what you call dry yeast, dr.oetker's instant yeast in single packs?
Brand doesn't matter. You can use any product you want.
