Chicken Celery Meal

Celery is one of my favorite vegetables, salad ve the olive oil I try to do it as often as I can. I sometimes separate the leaves to use in making pickles and sometimes broth. Many people do not like it because of its intense aroma, but I believe that it adds a pleasant taste to the dishes it is used in.

Last night, I went straight home because I was too lazy to stop by the market after school. When I opened the refrigerator, I found a few pieces of chicken left in the freezer and celery in the crisper. After the chicken meat was thawed, I finely chopped it into cubes.

Ingredients for Chicken Celery Recipe

• 200 g chicken (breast or thigh)
• 1 medium onion
• 2 medium size celery
• 2 medium carrot
• 2 red sweet peppers
• 4-5 tablespoons of oil
• salt and pepper
• 500 ml of hot water

How to Make Chicken Celery Meal Recipe?

1. Chop the onion for cooking, after removing the seeds from the peppers, finely chop.
2. Peel the celery and cut into cubes. Remove the skin of the chicken, if any, and chop it the size of celery.
3. Take the oil in the pot, throw the onions and fry them on low heat, add the carrots to the lightly pink onions and fry for 2 more minutes.
4. Add the diced chicken and the minced peppers. Fry the chicken until it releases its water.
5. Add the celery to the cooked and whitened chickens and fry 1-2 times, season with salt and pepper.
6. Fill the pot with enough hot water to reach the size of the celery, cover the pot and cook on low heat until the celery and chicken are tender.
