We continue to melt the celery stocks at home. I prepared a chicken celery dish in the past days, when new celery was added to the last 2 celery left in the fridge, the necessary materials for our stuffed celery were completed.

Ingredients for Stuffed Celery with Olive Oil
- 4 celery (about 100 g each)
- 2 medium potatoes
- 2 medium carrot
- 14-15 shallot onions
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- quarter bunch of parsley
- 1 tea glass of olive oil
- 5-6 glasses of water
- salt
How to Make Stuffed Celery with Olive Oil Recipe?
- Peel the celery and cut it into 2 equal parts. Carve the center of both pieces into a bowl-like shape without making the edges and middles too thin.
- Chop the shallots as small as possible. Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots.
- Take the olive oil and onions in the pan and fry the onions on low heat until they become transparent. Add the carrots to the onions and fry for 4-5 minutes. Add the potatoes and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Arrange the celery in a large pot with the hollow parts facing you, and distribute the roasted mortar inside.
- Add enough water from the side of the pot to not exceed the size of the celery. Squeeze the lemon juice and close the lid of the pot.
- Cook on low heat for about 20 minutes until the celery is soft. Take the cooked celery on a serving plate, when it comes to room temperature, garnish with the chopped parsley and serve.
