Minced Spinach Meal

A little while before I celebrate the 13th anniversary of my blog, I realized that there is no minced spinach recipe in kitchen secrets. There are about 20 recipes with spinach, but there is no spinach with minced meat. Of course, I was very surprised at first, and then I attributed this to the fact that I like some foods after 30 years of age. But again, we were cold, because before Nehir, there was hardly any spinach with minced meat at home.

Ingredients for Minced Spinach Dish Recipe
- 500 g spinach
- 1 large carrot
- 1 large onion
- 1 large tomato
- 3 tablespoons of bulgur
- 100 gr mince
- salt
- 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tea glass of water
How to Make Minced Spinach Meal Recipe?
- Wash the spinach you have removed in plenty of water. Press water in a deep bowl. Add some vinegar to the water and let it sit for a while.
- Wash the spinach you get from vinegar water for 1-2 more waters, drain and chop.
- Grate the tomato, chop the onion for food, grate the carrot.
- Put the olive oil in the pot and add the chopped onions on it and sauté until they turn pink. Add the garlic and fry.
- Add the carrots and sauté for 2 more minutes. Add the tomatoes, bulgur and salt and cook for 1 more minute.
- Put half of the spinach in the pot and mix it 1-2 times. When it fades, add the remaining half and water, mix and close the lid.
- Cook on low heat until the bulgur is cooked and the cooking water is absorbed.
- Serve hot.
