It is a wonderful thing to make the meat of one's own meat and to prepare the contents of the meatballs according to one's own taste. For example, who likes garlic, who doesn't. Some add parsley and never want to see it. And we know what's inside, right? :)

Meatball Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts (500 g)
  • 1 pieces of eggs
  • 1 medium onions
  • 1 cloves of garlic
  • Quarter bunch of parsley
  • 1 meal spoon tomato paste
  • 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • cumin

Hummus Ingredients:

  • 2,5 cups chickpeas
  • Half a cup of tahini
  • half a tea glass of water (can be added little by little depending on density)
  • 34 tablespoon of olive oil
  • juice of half a lemon
  • salt
  • cumin

How to Make Chicken Meatballs and Hummus Recipe in Blender?

  1. Add chicken breasts, onion, garlic, tomato paste and spices to the glass bowl of the blender and grind until they become minced meat.
  2. Add the egg, breadcrumbs and parsley and start the blender again.
  3. Oil your hands and prepare the meatballs in the size you want, arrange them on a plate and put them in the refrigerator.
  4. While the meatballs are resting, put 2,5 cups of boiled chickpeas into the blender jar for the hummus.
  5. Add olive oil, water, lemon juice, salt and cumin to it and run the blender until you get a smooth consistency, adding water occasionally if necessary.
  6. Fry your meatballs front and back and serve with hummus.
