Chocolate Star Donut

Due to the heaviest snowfall of recent years, schools and some workplaces were on holiday. Even though I'm thinking of taking a vacation myself, I'm still at the computer because I have work to do. Working from home can have both good and bad sides :)

I think the texture and consistency of the dough was perfect, so much so that I baked it two days in a row. I think the taste is just for my taste, but some of those who tasted it said that the amount of sugar in the dough should be increased. So if you want the dough to be even sweeter, you may need to add 2-3 more spoons of sugar.

Ingredients for Chocolate Star Donut Recipe
- 1 eggs
- 1 water glass milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1,5 tablespoon of granulated sugar
- 1 pack of instant yeast (10 g)
- 3,5 water glass flour
- 1 egg yolk for topping
For inside:
- 250gr cream chocolate
How to Make Chocolate Star Donut Recipe?
- Add eggs, milk, oil, yeast and sugar to a cool mixing bowl and mix.
- Add 3 cups of flour to this mixture and start kneading. Add half a glass of flour to the gathered dough and knead a dough that will not stick to the hand and the bowl.
- Cover the kneaded dough with a clean cloth and let it rise for 30-40 minutes.
- Divide the rested dough into 4 equal parts and roll out the first piece to the size of a serving plate with the help of a rolling pin. If you are going to use a clamp mold like me, it will be enough to open the base in size)
- Lay greaseproof paper on the tray you will use, and place the first dough you have opened on the tray.
- Spread the breakfast chocolate cream on it with the help of a knife. Open the second piece and place it on top of the first and brush with chocolate. Do the same for all 2 pieces.
- Open the last piece, that is, the 4th piece, and close it on the 3 pieces that you spread chocolate on, then close a coffee cup in the middle of the dough.
- Press the coffee cup lightly and divide the dough into 12 equal parts.
- As in the photo, turn the pieces to the right and the other to the left 2 turns and connect the ends.
- After performing the same procedure on all parts, lift the cup and brush the egg yolk on the muffin. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown (approximately 20-22 minutes).
