Hello Dear Friends,

There is a type of pear called long pear, which is cooked quickly in the oven without the need for pre-cooking and adds flavor to the cake with its flavor as well as its visual appearance. When I went to big markets, I used to come across the greengrocer aisles for a long time, but I never had the opportunity to cook.

Last week, when I decided to make a delicious fruitcake, I decided to use tall pears. It has a different name, but I couldn't find it when I searched the internet. When I find it, I will add the type to the article.

We generally apply creaming technique, not whipping, in butter cakes. The most important thing for this technique is that all the ingredients are at room temperature. If one of the liquid ingredients is cold, the oil will freeze while whisking to cream it. This will cause it to appear cut off.
