Hello Dear Friends,

As a matter of fact, I was thinking of sharing this pastry on Monday, but when I was asked about the recipe in the photo I shared while making it, I didn't want to leave my followers wondering.

A super practical, delicious and puffy flavor that you can prepare for those at home this weekend. rose burrito There is usually a concern that it will be dry, but if you prepare it with soda as I did, you can be sure that it will be delicious.

It may seem complicated at first glance, but it is actually very simple. After dividing the dough into 4 equal triangular pieces, if you sauce the entire surface with the help of a brush, it will not stay dry and will not lose its shape while cooking.

After dressing the yufka, make your fingers sprinkle a pinch of salt and start turning it in one direction without tearing it by holding the middle of the phyllo. When the dough comes together as in the photo, put the mortar you want in the middle and fold the edges towards the top of the mortar.

Apart from cheese, you can also try the pastry with potato mortar.

How to Make Gonca Rose Pastry Recipe?

  1. Mash the cheese with a fork half, add chopped parsley and egg white and mix well with a fork.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the pastry sauce in a bowl.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal triangles. Lay the first triangle on the counter and brush the pastry sauce on it with the help of a brush.
  4. Hold a small piece in the middle of the triangle, shrink it and turn it from left to right so that the dough is gathered as in the photo.
  5. Put the cheese filling in the middle of the rolled up phyllo and press it down carefully.
  6. Pull the edges of the dough and cover it on the cheese mortar. Apply a generous amount of sauce so that it does not open.
  7. Take care not to distort the shape you have given, and place it on the baking tray with the closed part at the bottom.
  8. Do the same process for all the pastries, and spread the remaining sauce generously on the pastries with the help of a brush. (If you want it to be well browned, add the egg yolk and whisk it.)
  9. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 25 minutes until golden brown.
