Cinnamon Walnut Raisin Cookies

The best part of this recipe is that you don't need to cool it, that is, keep it in the refrigerator for slicing. Of course, it is important to collect the dough quickly so that it does not give out the oil. Another good thing is that it stays fresh for up to 1 week in an airtight container. I even took a jar apart and put it away.

Let me answer the most frequently asked questions quickly. I used unsalted butter while preparing the cookies, it was softened at room temperature. My glass was also a standard 200 ml water glass.

How to Make Cinnamon Walnut Raisin Cookie Recipe?

  1. Take the softened butter at room temperature into a kneading bowl, add powdered sugar, starch, eggs, baking powder and cinnamon.
  2. Start kneading by adding 1 cup of flour, if necessary, add the remaining flour.
  3. Add grapes and chopped walnuts to the gathered dough and knead.
  4. Divide the dough into 2 parts and make long strips.
  5. Cut 1 finger-thick slices from this strip and place them on a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  6. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 12-13 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cookies will still be soft when they come out of the oven, when completely cooled, remove from the tray and serve.
