Artichoke Chips and Aioli Sauce

This week has been very surprising for me. There was constant movement. To be frank, I went into the kitchen to entertain myself between work.
One of these fun recipes was artichoke chips. I decided to try this recipe, which is normally made by frying, by boiling it because of the sauce I prepared next to it.
I don't know if you've ever tried artichoke like this before, but you should definitely taste it once. I think the aroma of artichoke, which gives a sweet taste when eaten raw, comes out much more when boiled.
aioli sauce When it comes to olive oil, it has a very intense flavor because it is made with olive oil. If only artichoke chips will be consumed with these measures, it may be enough for 8-10 people.

For the artichokes:
- 1 leaf artichoke
- 1 liters of water
- 2 slice of lemon
- 1 sweet spice salt
For the Aioli Sauce:
- 1 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 2 tea glass of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice
- salt
- black pepper
How to Make Artichoke Chips and Aioli Sauce Recipe?
- Wash the artichokes and cut them into 2 parts. Clean the hairs in the middle with the help of a chau spoon.
- Add the juice and lemon slices to the pot. Throw the artichokes on it and boil it for 10-15 minutes until the onions are soft.
- Set aside the boiled artichokes and wait for them to cool.
- For the sauce, put the egg yolk, garlic zest and mustard in a whisk.
- Once the whisked yellow is mixed with the dispersed ingredients, add the olive oil little by little but continuously. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to the sauce, mix it for 1 more minute and transfer the sauce to the serving bowl.
- Serve with the cooled artichokes.
