Yoghurt (With Potatoes & Dried Peppers)
Hello Dear Friends,
Welcome to my first holiday post, you brought joy :) By the time you read this article, I will be on my way to a quiet cove. When I first came here, I ate at 2 different village restaurants, a recipe for yogurt…
Each province has different recipes, some make it only with pepper, some add eggplant. In Muğla, it is made with fried potatoes and dried peppers. (I like it most as we prepare it ourselves, some also make it in the form of French fries.)
This recipe is sometimes served with tomato sauce other than garlic yogurt. You can use sweet or hot dried pepper while preparing it, but definitely choose strained yoghurt for serving.
In the meantime, we made wrapping with leaves that we collected freshly. The recipe will be with you soon…
Love…
