Hello Dear Friends,

We couldn't get enough of strawberries this week. I have had stomach problems for a long time. Every 6 months, I go for a check-up to see what the situation is. Endoscopy was performed yesterday morning, gastritis was seen in the results, but a piece was taken and sent to the laboratory. We will get the result on Wednesday. If I stay away from stress a little bit, it goes away, but as things get busy, heartburns increase. Anyway, I hope to be more careful from now on.

My wife and I are on the run to Muğla for 2-3 days this week. Those who follow know, we haven't been able to go on vacation for the last 2-3 years due to schools and work. This being the case, we are trying to relax a bit to save the situation with 2-3 day getaways. I hope I will return from there with plenty of recipes from Muğla cuisine.

Strawberry

Before I finish the article, I would like to say one or two things about strawberry shares. You can prepare your strawberry slices with different cheeses according to your taste. You can use mascarpone instead of labneh, if you want, you can add a little more sugar to the strawberry and add sugar to the cheese. I tried 1 of them without sugar, we liked it very much.

Finally, those who do not like eggs may not put eggs on the puff pastry.

I tried it… It was amazing, everyone liked it very much. But it should be consumed the same day it is cooked because it does not become crispy the next day. Thanks so much for the recipe. Both simple and delicious…

Hello, although I prepared it in the dimensions you specified in the recipe, the strawberry and labneh mixture came so much that when closing the sides of the puff pastry, they all overflowed. Also, what can be done so that the dough on the bottom is not wet. thanks in advance :)

Hello, you can put a little less stuffing and serve the remaining mortar next to the tarts. Unfortunately, there is nothing to be done for the bottom parts of the fruit, it gets wet because it leaves water while cooking.

Miss Nilay, get well soon. My wife has the same stomach problems. His remedy was to stay away from stress, but it is not possible :( Would you consider preparing easy-to-digest, stomach-friendly recipes?
