Endoscopy was performed yesterday morning, gastritis was seen in the results, but a piece was taken and sent to the laboratory. We will get the result on Wednesday. If I stay away from stress a little bit, it goes away, but as things get busy, heartburns increase. Anyway, I hope to be more careful from now on.
My wife and I are on the run to Muğla for 2-3 days this week. Those who follow know, we haven't been able to go on vacation for the last 2-3 years due to schools and work. This being the case, we are trying to relax a bit to save the situation with 2-3 day getaways. I hope I will return from there with plenty of recipes from Muğla cuisine.
Before I finish the article, I would like to say one or two things about strawberry shares. You can prepare your strawberry slices with different cheeses according to your taste. Ingredients for Strawberry Puff Pastry Pie Recipe
- 12 square puff pastry sheets
- 200 g strawberries
- 250 g labneh cheese
- 8 tablespoons of powdered sugar (to be used in strawberries and labneh)

- 1 egg yolk
How to Make Strawberry Puff Pastry Pie Recipe?
- Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and dice them.
- Sprinkle 3-4 tablespoons of powdered sugar on the chopped strawberries, mix and set aside.
- Take the puff pastries out of the fridge and when they are soft, cut them into circles with the help of a glass or mold.
- Put 6 puff pastry cut into circles on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
- Spread the labneh cheese mixed with 3-4 tablespoons of powdered sugar on them. Share the strawberries that you chopped and candied on them.
- With the help of a knife, make a plus-shaped line in the middle of the puff pastry that you will cover as a cover, cover the puff pastry that you have shared, and mash the edges with the help of a fork.
- Brush egg yolk over the puff pastries. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown.
- Finally, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.

Hello, you can put a little less stuffing and serve the remaining mortar next to the tarts. Unfortunately, there is nothing to be done for the bottom parts of the fruit, it gets wet because it leaves water while cooking.
