I applied the most practical method I can think of and prepared a practical semolina cake. Thus, I prepared a new dessert and also evaluated the dessert I had.

Ingredients for Biscuit Semolina Pie (Pumpkin) Recipe

For the bottom layer:

  • 1,5 packs of cocoa biscuits

For the semolina dessert:

  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 glass of semolina
  • A little more than half a glass of granulated sugar

For the Pumpkin Puree:

  • 300 g pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons of walnuts
  • 1-2 tablespoons tahini

How to Make Biscuit Semolina Pie (Pumpkin) Recipe?

  1. Lay cling film on a 23×23 cm square pyrex or baking dish.
  2. Arrange the biscuits side by side so that there are no gaps and set the container aside.
  3. Take granulated sugar, semolina and milk in a medium saucepan and cook over medium heat until it thickens.
  4. Pour the cooked semolina over the biscuits, let it rest until it forms a crust and cools.
  5. Get the Blendera pumpkin smoothie, walnuts and tahini. Blend it in a blender until it's completely crumbled and smooth. (If it gets too dense and the blender is difficult, add 1-2 tablespoons of milk and continue.
  6. Spread the pumpkin on the frozen semolina dessert with the help of a spatula. Cover with cling film and rest in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
  7. Slice and add walnuts before serving.
