Ingredients for Roasted Flour Custard Recipe
- 2 spoonful butter
- 1 water glass flour
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 liter milk
- optionally 1 pack of vanilla
How to Make Roasted Flour Custard Recipe?
- Fry the flour and butter. Take the smell out and take the color in another pot, fry it on medium heat until the flour turns slightly in color and its smell changes.
- Add sugar to the roasted flour and mix quickly.
- Add some of the milk and whisk quickly. Add all the milk, whisking without allowing it to clump.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring, until the pudding thickens.
- Divide the cooked pudding into the bowls. Let it rest until it comes to room temperature and the crust is covered.
- Then take it to the refrigerator to cool for 1 hour, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
