It's the first time we've been apart for the first time in a long time, my dear blog followers. Outdoor shots, mini-mini changes at home, time passed quickly. This soup is so balanced that it is refreshing in the weather, moreover, it is satisfying even on its own.

Ingredients for Vegetable Noodle Chicken Soup Recipe

How to Make Vegetable Noodle Chicken Soup Recipe?

  1. Peel and chop the potatoes, carrots and onions.
  2. Fry the vegetables in oil, adding salt and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken and its water and cook it on medium heat until the chicken is thick enough to be shredded.
  4. Take the cooked chicken from the pot to a plate and shred it.
  5. Put all the remaining ingredients in the pot through the blender.
  6. Add the vegetable noodles and shredded chicken pieces. Add hot water to your desired consistency.
  7. When the noodles are cooked, transfer them to serving plates. Serve with chopped parsley and lemon juice, if desired.
