  • half a pot of water
  • Half a pack of pasta
  • 3 scoops marrow beef bone broth (homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 sweet spice salt
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Half a cup of apple cider vinegar

How to Make Easy Head and Foot Soup Recipe?

  1. Put 2 tablespoons of oil and 1 teaspoon of salt into half a pot of water and bring it to a boil. When it boils, let's throw the pasta and cook it.
  2. Let's strain the water of the cooked pasta into a different pot. Let's add 2 scoops of our marrow bone broth to this water. Mix 1 ladle with 2 tablespoons of flour and add it to the pot. And let's stir it constantly until it boils so that it does not become balls.
  3. Let's turn off the heat when our soup boils and comes to a dense consistency. Let's grate the garlic and mix it into our vinegar.
  4. Let's add the desired amount of vinegar while serving. If desired, it can be sweetened with red pepper.
