We finally got into the wedding bustle that I've been talking about for a long time. We burned our henna yesterday, but I realized that I really forgot about this turmoil. It's been exactly 5,5 years, it's outdated :)

How to Make Roll Pie Recipe?

  1. Grate the feta cheese, wash the parsley and remove the water and chop finely.
  2. Mix the cheese and parsley well and prepare the stuffing.
  3. For the sauce, whisk the eggs, milk, olive oil and yogurt in a deep bowl.
  4. Lay the first phyllo on the counter, and spread the sauce you prepared with the help of a brush on the entire phyllo. Sprinkle 1/3 of the mortar you prepared on it.
  5. Complete the same process three times in a row. Roll the dough into rolls.
  6. Cut the roll you prepared in equal width (1,5-2 finger thickness is ideal).
