Rose Pastry
Everyone hello,
While the days are chasing the days, I continue to lose weight. I am aware that I still cannot write with the empowerment phase. As in previous dukan articles, I cannot find the opportunity because I want to write something detailed. I'm so busy, please excuse this.
This phase of my diet has been a mix of fortification and protection. I always consume oat bran at noon. I haven't consumed sugar or sugary drinks for almost 3 months. I started eating bread, but only 2 slices a day, which is my own sourdough bread or whole wheat bread.
A little pastry came into our lives because my wife lost more weight than me even though she was not on a diet. Pity man, he lost extra weight when I started dieting.
Anyway, our breakfasts, which I called "let it be like this tonight", started to become more frequent with the arrival of summer. I thought I would share with you the Potato Rose Pastry, which I prepared for one of his relatives tonight.
Big kiss and I'm back to work.
Love…

For the sauce
- 1 teaspoons of oil
- half a glass of milk

How to Make Rose Pie Recipe?
- Peel the onions and chop finely. Peel and grate the potatoes.
- Take 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in the pot and add the onions. Fry the onions on medium heat until they turn pink.
- Add the potatoes and spices to the roasted onions and cook the potatoes by stirring until they release their juices. Add 1 tea glass of water, mix and cook until the water is absorbed by closing the lid of the pot.
- Leave the cooked stuffing to cool.
- Whisk the oil, milk and egg whites in the bowl until they are completely mixed.
- Lay the phyllo sheets on top of each other on the counter and divide into 2 parts.
- Brush the dough with the milky mortar you prepared with the help of a brush or spoon.
- Put the potato inside from the inside of the wide part of the dough (distribute evenly so that there are no gaps) and roll it up.
- Wrap all the rolls from right to left and place them next to each other on the greased tray. Wet them with the remaining milk mortar.
- Brush the egg yolk you set aside on the pastries on the tray. Divide 1 tablespoon of butter into small portions.
- Finally, sprinkle them with black cumin and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.
- Serve hot or warm.
