Crispy Meat Pie with Corn Flour

Ingredients for Corn Flour Meat Crispy Pie Recipe
- 3 pieces of dough
- 250 gr. mince
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- Salt
- Black pepper
- cumin
- 2 cups of oil (for frying)
For coating:
- 1 tea glass of milk
- 1 pieces of eggs
- 1 glass of cornmeal
Fabrication:
1. Chop the onion and fry it in olive oil. Add the minced meat, add salt, pepper and cumin and continue frying.
2. Add the parsley to the roasted minced meat, mix and turn off the stove. While the filling is warming, divide each dough into 8 equal pieces.
3. Put a tablespoon of the material on the wide side of the triangular piece of dough, bend both sides and wrap it without being too tight, wet the pointed end of the dough with your finger and stick it.
4. Whisk the egg and milk. Dip the pastries you have prepared first in the milk mixture and then in corn flour and set aside.
5. Fry by turning in the hot oil. Serve hot or warm.
