Greetings to all…

I have an incredible slumber on me today, and I think that the loss of coolness and the intense July heat had a great effect on this situation.

I wanted to take a break from my work and do some idling and have a look at my books, which I took a break due to busy schedule, but I haven't even had the opportunity to sit on the sofa in the hall yet.

As you can understand from my situation, I can't prepare something with soup and main course tonight. The menu of the evening seems to take shape on the axis of my practical pastry :)

As you can see from the image of my pastry, there is no extra egg on it. Like many people, I don't like extra eggs or egg-smelling pastries. Since my wife has a different opinion on this matter, she sometimes says I wish you had fried a little more. Of course, what he doesn't know is that I use the leftover yoghurt stuffing instead of putting extra eggs on it :)

If you want an extra fried pastry, you can crack one more egg into the leftover filling. If you do not want to use your mortar or if you cannot afford it, you can whisk 1 egg with a little milk and spread it on the pastries.

If you ask why the pastry is with arugula, I can say that it is the only greenery left in the house except lettuce :) The street market is set up here on Wednesdays!

Just kidding, it's not just for that reason, of course :) I've started adding arugula to the cheese toasties I've been making lately. I think I like it cooked more than raw.

Don't be surprised if I come back with a soup recipe with arugula tomorrow today :)

Love…

Hi Nilay, I have been following your site with interest for a long time. As always, the pastries look delicious. I write the name of all kinds of dishes that I do not know how to cook on your site and I apply the recipe with confidence. I learned how to cook broad beans and leeks from you :)) I also have a blog, I would be very happy if you come to visit me :) Best regards birtatlimolasi.blogspot.com

Such recipes abound. For years, I pre-cut and wrap the phyllo dough. I've never done this type of wrapping.. It seems to me that the edge is very red and hard for some reason… There are some who do, but.. When I look at the photo, I realize that I was wrong :)
