Practical Water Pastry (in a Muffin Tray)

Hello Dear Friends,

The first day of the week is usually weary anyway, when a lot of rain is added to it, our energy is withdrawn and we start to wander around happily :)

You know, they say it's just the weather for sleep, that's the weather for real :) As a matter of fact, if I didn't have to catch up, I could spend the whole day on the sofa with a blanket, soothing music and a trivia magazine to accompany them.

Of course, in such weather, we want cake, pastry or pasta :) For this reason, I have a recipe that will not take you much time, but will amaze you when you taste it.

Prepare the practical pastry tonight, chop some cucumbers and tomatoes next to it. I'd say skip dinner with a bowl of olives and a cup of tea that you brew beautifully.

Love…

Ingredients for Practical Water Pastry (in a Muffin Tray) Recipe

For the sauce:

How to Make Practical Water Pastry (in a Muffin Tray) Recipe?

  1. To prepare the sauce, whisk all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Lightly grease the muffin tins (with oil or butter).
  3. Divide the first phyllo into 8 pieces and divide into 8 compartments of the muffin tray with the edges out. (If you want, you can spread a long piece to 2-3 eyes as in the photo.)
  4. Sauce the yufka generously with the help of a spoon or brush. Separate the edges of the phyllo and divide it into the mold by adding a little more sauce.
  5. Divide the feta cheese and cheddar cheese evenly in the middle of the pastries.
  6. Divide the second phyllo into 2 parts and divide into muffin molds and cover the cheeses.
  7. Wet the pastries with the remaining sauce and put them in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
  8. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until browned. Remove from molds and serve while warm.
