  • 500 g anchovy
  • 4 small onions (2 if large)
  • 1 large tomatoes
  • Quarter bunch of parsley
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Half a lemon

How to Make an Anchovy Steamed Recipe?

  1. Sort the anchovies and remove the bones.
  2. Wash with 1 water and dry with paper towel.
  3. Chop the onions in piyaz, chop the parsley. Chop half of the tomato into cubes and thinly slice the other half.
  4. Take 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in the pan. Add the onions and sauté for 2 minutes until the onions soften.
  5. Add the diced tomatoes on top of the onions and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Add salt, pepper and parsley, mix and remove from the heat.
  7. Spread two-thirds of the onion in the baking dish. Arrange the anchovies on top by turning them upside down.
