Zebra Cake

The rain stopped on the last day of the week. My wife, who has been on a compulsory holiday in Istanbul for 2 days due to snow, has also returned to work. Is it because of the cold that has been going on since the beginning of the week, what is it? I got the flu for the first time in a long time. Even though I take care not to go out unless I have an urgent business, the cold has officially penetrated my bones.
Due to the cold weather this week, I was always at work for pastries such as cakes, pies and donuts. At the end of this, one of the most practical and cute cakes in the world. Zebra Cake I decided to do it. The best thing about this cake is that it doesn't need a lot of equipment, pour a little bit of that, a little of that, and you have a striped and delicious cake :)
My wife and I could not come to an agreement on the sugar in the cake :) Cakes that come to me with full sugar usually come to her without sugar. That's why she eats the cakes with extra chocolate sauce. Although I think it is whole, if you like it too sweet, you can add a little more sugar (perhaps half a tea glass more).

Ingredients for Zebra Cake Recipe
- 4 egg (medium size)
- 1 water glass milk
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 water glass measure of oil
- 2,5 water glass flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanillin with sugar
- 2 soup spoons of cocoa
How to Make Zebra Cake Recipe?
- Take the eggs in a whisk, add sugar and fluff until they turn white and foamy.
- Add milk and oil and beat a little more. Add 2,5 cups of flour and continue whisking.
- Add vanilla, baking powder and half a glass of flour and whisk until there are no lumps.
- Transfer half of the cake mix you have prepared to another bowl and add cocoa to this bowl and whisk.
- Line a medium sized pyrex or springform mold with greaseproof paper. Pour 1 measure of plain cake mix into the middle of the mold. Then pour the cocoa mixture into the middle of the white cake mix.
- Continue pouring into a measuring mold in this order until both doughs are finished.

- Before taking it out of the oven, check whether it is cooked with the help of a skewer.
- Take the baked cake out of the oven, and when it cools down completely, check whether it has separated from the mold by going over the edges with a spatula or knife.
