Pudding Muffins
I didn't expect to miss making muffins so much. I made muffins for the first time since I started dieting. Of course, after a long time, I wanted the first recipe to be different from the ones I've made so far.
This muffin has pudding in it. Of course, this pudding, which is added as a powder without baking, makes your little cakes much more fluffy and delicious.
By the way, this time I added the melted margarine to the cake batter instead of oil. This made it have a more silky texture.
I want to try this cake with different pudding mixes later. If the cocoa is this delicious, who knows how good the strawberry or banana one will be :)

Ingredients for Pudding Muffin Recipe
- 3 pieces of eggs
- 1 fingers less granulated sugar than 1 cup
- A little extra margarine (110 g) in half a glass of water
- half a glass of milk
- 1 pack of Cocoa Pudding
- 2,5 water glass flour
- 1 packaged vanilla
- 1 package baking powder

How to Make Pudding Muffin Recipe?
- Take the sugar and egg into the whisk, the mixture is foamy (until the sugar is completely dissolved) and beat it first at low speed and then at high speed.
- Add milk and melted margarine to the scrambled eggs and continue whisking at low speed.
- Add the flour, powder pudding and mix until you get a smooth dough.
- Add the baking powder and vanilla last and mix for 1 more minute.
- Divide the dough into muffin molds. Sprinkle chocolate chips on them.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes. You can tell whether it is cooked with the help of a toothpick or knife. (If the toothpick comes out wet, bake for a few more minutes).
