Ingredients for the Pastry Recipe
- 4 tablespoon of flour is missing from 1 cups of flour.
- 2 eggs
- 250 gr margarine (kept at room temperature)
- 1 water glass measure of oil
- 1 glasses of yoghurt
- 1 sweet spice salt
- 1,5 cups of crushed or grated cheese or pitted olives
- 1 packet of baking soda ¼
- 1 teaspoon black cumin or sesame
- 1 egg yolk to brush on later
Fabrication:
- Mix the egg, oil, yoghurt and margarine, then add the flour, baking powder, and salt and mix.
- Knead the mixture well, roll it in egg size, add the cheese or olive we want to put in it and place it on the greased tray.
- Brush or fork with egg yolk and pour sesame seeds on them.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven until golden brown.
