Mushroom Cookies

I get many recipes from Özge Hanım, and this is a different mushroom cookie recipe. I think I will publish other recipes of mushrooms, which have a very aesthetic appearance, in order. Well done, thank you for your interest and participation in our site :)

powdered sugar

Materials:

2 packets of wheat starch
1 cup of powdered sugar
5 teaspoon flour
1 package baking powder
1 packet of vanilla (optional)
1 pack of melted margarine
2 eggs
Cocoa as a tea plate
1 empty soda bottle

Fabrication:

First of all, I mixed all the ingredients except margarine and cocoa, added the melted margarine and kneaded it well. I made walnut-sized balls from the dough I obtained, arranged these balls on an oiled tray, dipped the mouth of the soda bottle (it won't have a lid) into cocoa, pressed it into my dough, and formed a mushroom shape.
I didn't wait for the cookie balls to dry, while it was oily, the cocoa stuck to the area I pressed.
I baked it in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes without taking my eyes off it. That's it.. Two small baking trays from the material I made turned out to be around 40 cookies..

    1 packet of margarine
    2 eggs
    2 packets of corn starch (400 g)
    1 cup powdered sugar
    2 water glass flour
    baking powder
    Kakao

Also, try these materials. It's a recipe I make very often. It's a cookie that melts in your mouth. I've never tried it with powdered sugar.

What do you mean two packets of starch? I did not fully understand, there are large and small packages. How many grams is the package?

it is a cookie that multiplies in the mouth. I had a hard time swallowing it. It is a recipe not to be missed for those who want to make it just for the sake of appearance.

The reason for this may be that there is a lot of starch. I also make a similar recipe, but I use starch and flour equally, it is more pleasant.

I made this recipe with a water bottle lid and it was flat.. I discovered the soda bottle later. It was great:) Also, put the flour measure in your eye because the measurements given are usually a little less.. Try this recipe, you will never be embarrassed

I did it too, 5 teaspoons of flour is definitely not enough. I also added about 3-4 tablespoons of flour.

But it was super with flour :D.

I think there is a mistake, Selinci. I looked at my notes again, but I am making it with 5 spoons of flour.. :-)

Selincim must have made a mistake :-) I always make it with 5 spoons of flour until now, the consistency is very suitable. I wonder if our spoons do not hold the size, but there is a difference of 1,5 water glasses, it's interesting. Can you send me a picture of what you made?

They look very beautiful, and I also love the mushroom itself. My mother used to make a lot of these mushroom cookies when I was a kid.
Me? Since I don't have time, my mother still cooks it and I eat it :) but I will definitely try it one day :)

Selincim, 1 pack of starch is 200 gr, so 400 gr of wheat starch is needed.
