Ingredients for Patisserie Pie Recipe

  • half glass of milk
  • 1 egg white
  • One third of 1 glass of oil
  • 1 sweet spice salt
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 1 packet of fresh yeast
  • half a glass of water
  • as much flour as possible

for inside:

  • Çökelek (curd cheese)
  • 1 pinch of parsley

to the mezzanine:

  • half glass of milk
  • 1 tea cup oil

For the above:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon of oil

How to Make Patisserie Pie Recipe?

  1. The yeast should be soaked in hot water for about 2 minutes. All the ingredients for the dough except flour are placed in a deep bowl.
  2. After adding as much flour as necessary, it is kneaded.
  3. The dough is expected to ferment for 30-40 minutes, the pieces of dough that we have made into meringues are opened one by one.
  4. First, our milk and oil mixture is put into it, then after adding the filling material, it is made as shown in the picture.
  5. After applying egg yolk and oil on it, we can put it in the oven. Enjoy your meal...
