How to Make Easy Cheese Pastry Recipe?
Mix all the ingredients for the dough except flour. Add the flour little by little, we get a soft but not sticky dough.
Flour a board. Take two handfuls of a piece of dough. roll it up and tear off pieces as big as the middle of your palm with your hand. Roll each of the pieces you cut off in your palm.
Put it on the board and press it open with the fingertips of both hands. The dough should not be too thin, it is better if it is a little thick.
Put a teaspoon of the stuffing in the middle. and close the ends. Arrange the pastries on the tray and brush with the egg yolks you have separated on them. We can sprinkle black cumin or sesame seeds if desired. Bake them in a preheated 200 C oven until they turn golden. Bon appetit…..

ahhhhhhhhhh ah this is how my mother's recipe smelled so good inside the house with trays of pupaca I missed that sweet smell I think it is a must to eat it hot
It's a really good pastry recipe, but when you empty the baking powder in a full pack, not half, it's even better. It's a nice recipe.
