Ingredients for Poppy Cake Recipe

• 1 water glass milk
• 1/3 cup hash
• 1 tablespoon of lemon zest
• 1 and a half cups of sugar
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup of oil
• 2 water glass flour
• 2 and a half teaspoons of baking powder

How To Make Poppy Cake Recipe?

1. Mix the milk, poppy and lemon zest and leave in the refrigerator for at least an hour or until the next day.
2. Beat egg and sugar until fluffy.
3. Continue whisking the liquid in a thin stream.
4. Sift flour, baking powder.
5. Add all the ingredients to the dough by adding a little flour and a little milk mixture.
6. It will be a runny dough.
7. Tap the dough into your greased, floured muffin tin.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 60-70 minutes.
9. Be careful not to open the oven door while it is cooking, it may go out (if it comes out clean when inserted with a toothpick, it is cooked)
