- salt, pepper,
- Red powdered pepper ,
- Half a glass of oil
For the sauce:

- 1 teacup of oil,
- 1 teaspoon of tomato paste,
- 1 teaspoon of red chili powder,
- 500 gr. yogurt,
- 3-4 cloves of garlic, salt
How to Make Easy Manti Recipe from Yufka?
To prepare the stuffing:
- Mix the ground beef, onion zest, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Stack all the phyllo and cut it in half. Grease the top of the semi-circular phyllo dough a little, put the stuffing on the wide side all the way through, wrap it like a puff pastry and lay it on a tray or a medium pan. Bake in the oven or on medium heat until the top and bottom are golden brown.
- Pour the hot broth onto the tray that has just come out of the oven. Infuse for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the garlic yoghurt in a separate bowl. Prepare the tomato paste and pepper sauce in a coffee pot or pan.
- After taking the ravioli with sauce on the tray, serve hot with garlic yogurt and tomato paste sauce.

I don't like broth at all and I really like this recipe. Can I make something else instead of broth. If you're interested, I'd be very happy. I try all the recipes on your site and it's very good. Thank you for your effort, I would be very happy if you could answer my question.
It wouldn't be delicious with plain water though :(
