Red Heart Muffin
How about preparing mini mini surprises for your loved ones :) The cakes collapsed a little at first, but then they collected themselves. It looked better than I expected, but I think fruit juice might be a better choice instead of milk.
Materials:
2 eggs
Half a glass of oil
half a glass of milk
2 water glass flour
1 cup powdered sugar
1 pack of vanilla
1 package baking powder
1 teaspoon red food coloring
1 ½ cup chocolate chips
Preparation of:
Set your oven to 170 degrees. Whisk the oil, granulated sugar, vanillin and milk in a bowl. Add flour and baking powder, continue mixing.
When the dough becomes runny and dark, add the red food coloring that we have dissolved in very little water and pour it into the muffin cups that you have greased. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Bake for half an hour to 40 minutes.
MUST CHECK BEFORE YOU TAKE IT FROM THE OVEN!
