Herb Omelette

Recently, my favorite omelettes are omelettes with mushrooms, cheese or herbs, but omelette is my favorite because it is as satisfying as it is practical, of course it is delicious..

Of course, as in everything else, there are some tricks to cooking an omelet. Let me tell you a little bit about how to make a nice omelet or what to pay attention to while making it.

First of all, your eggs should be fresh and at room temperature.
The oil must be well heated so that the eggs do not stick to the pan.
Scrambled eggs for omelette should be used without waiting too long.
Omelette should be served hot.
If cheese is to be added, it must be grated.
A maximum of 3 eggs should be used for an omelet at a time.

Ingredients for Herb Omelet Recipe

3 pieces of eggs
1 sprigs of scallions
1 pinch of parsley
1 pinch of dill
1 pinch of fresh mint upon request
Salt
Black pepper
1 tablespoon of margarine or oil

How to Make Herb Omelet Recipe?

1- Sort and wash the spring onions, parsley and dill, after draining, chop very finely.
Break 2-3 eggs and put them in the whisking bowl and beat them with a wire whisk until foamy.
3- Add the minced mash with salt and pepper to the beaten eggs and mix again.
4- Put the oil in the Teflon pan and melt it and cover the entire surface of the pan with oil. Pour the omelet mixture into the pan and cook over medium heat until the edges of the omelet separate from the pan. Turn the omelet on the other side with the help of a spatula and cook for 1 minute. Serve hot.
