While the mushroom, which is my favorite mushroom, is on the market, let me share with you one of my favorite recipes, eye egg with blood mushrooms, so I wanted to try it :)

As most of you know, my wife is from Kastamonu and they make things like mushroom bread and pickled mushrooms often. I take a little too much and roast it and put it in the freezer.

Ingredients for Kanlıca Mushroom Egg Recipe

  • 250 g cannabis mushrooms
  • Half of 1 small onion
  • 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 3 pieces of eggs

How to Make Kanlıca Mushroom Eggs Recipe?

  1. Wash the mushrooms in plenty of water, chop the washed mushrooms into large cubes.
  2. Chop the onion. Take olive oil in the pan, heat the oil on medium heat and throw the onions into the pan. After sautéing the onion for 1 minute, add the mushrooms. Fry for 6-7 minutes on high heat (until it releases its water and absorbs it).
  3. Season with salt pepper. Crack the eggs, cook them to your desired consistency and serve hot.
