Cheese Eggs
The only day we can sit down and have breakfast comfortably, drink our last tea at the table and chat while reading the newspaper… The most popular day of the weekend is Sunday :) I have always loved classic family breakfasts. Time passes with pleasure, especially if the weather is nice and you have breakfast on the balcony.
If I'm having breakfast at home, eggs are the only flavor I can't give up. There are very few things that are this easy to prepare, maybe because of that :)
Cheese Eggs It is also a great method to evaluate the cheeses that you turn your nose around when they look at home, which are slightly dry. There's very little that a little cheese and butter can't fix :)

Ingredients for Cheese Eggs Recipe
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 40-50 gr cheese (fresh cheddar and white cheese mix is good)
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- salt (not needed if the cheese is salty)
- 2-3 sprigs of parsley
- Optional red pepper flakes, black pepper
How to Make Cheese Eggs Recipe?
- Grate the type of cheese you want to use. Take the eggs in a deep bowl and beat them.
- Take the butter in the pan and melt it, add the cheese.
- Stir with a wooden spoon over low heat until the cheese melts.
- Pour the beaten eggs over the cheese and mix quickly.
- Take the cooked egg on the slice of bread you have heated. Serve sprinkled with parsley and paprika.
