Sausage Corn Omelet

Materials:

2 pieces of eggs
half a glass of milk
2-3 tablespoons of flour
5-6 sausages
half cup of canned corn
salt
 
Fabrication:

We break the eggs into a large bowl, pour milk, flour and salt on it and mix it with a mixer. We add the sausage and corn to the mixture we get.
By the way, the smaller we cut the sausage, the more successful it is. Pour oil into a Teflon pan. 1 tablespoon of oil is enough. After the oil is hot, we pour the mixture and distribute it evenly in the pan.
I usually cover the ceiling with a lid and turn it down. Top and bottom cook evenly.

    It's a different and very easy recipe. I never thought of Egyptian omelette. It's a very nice harmony. I think if mushrooms and cheddar are added, it adds flavor to the flavor.
