Ham Omelet

Today started very well for me, as soon as I woke up, I went to be weighed and I saw 66,5 kilos on the scale. Although I am on the 3rd day of the attack phase, I continue without any problems.
Now I understand better why I gained weight, although I normally bake a lot of pastries, but eat very little, but my meals were very irregular. I was constantly skipping meals after breakfast. Also, I wasn't drinking much water.
Now my meal times are in order, I cut off sugar and drink plenty of water, which helped me to be fit and relieved of my bloating. I just prepared shrimp for lunch. I didn't like it before, but I really liked it with the yogurt and mustard sauce.
While preparing this omelet, I added 1 teaspoon of oat bran to it, I think it was very tasty and satisfying.
