Of course, as in everything else, there are some tricks to cooking an omelet. Let me tell you a little bit about how to make a nice omelet or what to pay attention to while making it.

First of all, your eggs should be fresh and at room temperature.
The oil must be well heated so that the eggs do not stick to the pan.
Scrambled eggs for omelette should be used without waiting too long.
Omelette should be served hot.
If cheese is to be added, it must be grated.
A maximum of 3 eggs should be used for an omelet at a time.

It's the old cheddar that makes the omelet. I mix hard cow's or sheep's goat's grated cheese with finely chopped parsley, basil, 3 or 4 eggs (depending on the size of the pan) and make great omelets. If desired, grated sausage can be added. Grated OLD CHEESE IS ESSENTIAL FOR YOUR Omelette! ENJOY .=:)
