Eggs with potatoes are actually a student food classic :) It is made brutally in the morning, noon or evening during university years and is eaten with the sounds of "mmmmmm hmmmm" (for example, when I was a student). Of course, although it changes according to the taste, if you have cucumber pickle and garlic yoghurt with it, it will literally be a taste of kumkum :)

I strongly recommend it to those who want to pass the dinner in the summer but want to eat something really tasty.

  2. Heat the Teflon pan with vegetable oil, throw the diced potatoes into the oil and fry them side-by-side, stirring occasionally.
  3. Crack the eggs into a deep bowl and add the spices. Pour the egg over the fried potatoes and mix.
