Sunday breakfast
My New Spoon :)

Discovering the blogger power of the brands whose products I have been using at home for years and believing in us, making such events really make me happy.

Uno starting with Tefaldeveloping and Carte d'Or I'm not curious about the new brand stop of the blogger activities that continue with

Last week, I got an e-mail on Tuesday that Carte d'Or is going to hold an introductory meeting where there will be ice cream lover blogs like me. In my mind, we impatiently opened the box of ice cream that my father brought home in the evening, and we ate with tea spoons so that the ice cream that my mother put in 2 tablespoons (there were no ice cream spoons at home at that time, of course) in the tea plate was revived. :) From where to where? :)

in Algier I couldn't say no to the invitation even though I had a plan because of my fond memories with Ms. Aylin and the warm mail from Ms. Aylin.

Good thing I couldn't say it, it was nice to meet the warm and kind Carte d'Or team and mingle while we had our breakfast overlooking the Bosphorus. Your delicious breakfast

Then, while the conversation continued, they gave us a taste of different presentations of some of their products.

Pear Dessert
Pear Dessert

The pear dessert, which left deep traces in the heart of a cinnamon crazy person like me, left its mark on my palate and the whole day.

I share the same table the statesman We had the opportunity to make love.

Apart from the delicious breakfast we had, they had prepared 2 unbelievably beautiful packages for us while we were leaving. One of my favorite Carte d'Or cups, an ice cream spoon (a new one has been added to my collection :) ) and a fluffy recipe book.

The other was a huge package with assorted ice cream boxes inside. We even experimented with the solid ice in the pack at home)

When it comes to the subject that Carte d'Or wants to share with us and get our opinions on, they are preparing to open a corporate blog other than the website, as many famous brands do. There will be recipes made using ice cream on their blog, the stages of making these recipes, comments and most importantly, recipes from us. In some cases, the recipes will be tried in the Carte d'Or cuisine and shared with us.

Walnut Sultan
Walnut Sultan

I believe that they will be successful in a logical and warm approach, where people give importance to sincerity more than anything else.

Unrest in the crowd is my most distinctive feature, so we couldn't talk, meet and talk to many friends, please excuse me. Give it to my Capricorn :))

While I would like to convey my sincere thanks to all the team who contributed, I would like to state that my favorite ice creams are Walnut Sultan and Cream Caramel (announced to those concerned :)) ).

    Hello.
I tried your cream-caramel recipe and it was delicious. As I was afraid, it didn't smell like eggs. I wonder if you have a different application for caramel structure? I would appreciate it if you could share it. Thank you…

Hi Tugba, I'm so glad you enjoyed my recipe :)

Since the cream mixture thins the caramel, the caramel comes out as more liquid and a thin layer remains at the bottom of the bowl. When I serve the cream caramel that I take out of the containers, I add extra caramel on it. In this way, it has a more intense caramel appearance. I hope it was helpful. Yours sincerely
