Nutella Pastry

Yesterday and today were pretty busy for me. After a long break, I broke my own record by participating in 2 events in 3 days :)

I think it's been about 30 minutes since I came back from the last event. I'll be out tomorrow to do the last chores on the barbecue, so I wanted to share with you my first nutella recipe, the donut recipe, with my last scraps of energy.

I'm writing the recipe right away so as not to keep the friends who see the photos on my Twitter waiting any longer. Also, a big thank you to all friends who contributed today.

Ingredients for Nutella Pastry Recipe

How to Make Nutella Pastry Recipe?

  1. Dissolve the yeast with some of the milk.
  2. Take the flour in a deep bowl and make a hole in the middle. Add salt, sugar, eggs, milk, yeast and butter to the flour and knead a dough in the consistency of an earlobe.
  3. When the dough leaves the bowl, take it to the counter and prepare a roll as in the photo.
  4. Divide the roll into 9 equal parts (more if desired)
  5. Prepare 9 meringues from the pieces, cover with cling film and rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Open the middle of the meringues with your thumb as in the photo and put 1 spoon of nutella. Close your mouth by connecting the ends.
  7. Turn them upside down and place them 3 cm apart on the greased baking tray and brush 1 beaten egg yolk on them.
  8. Ferment in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes with the oven door open.
  9. Close the oven door and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
