Lavash Toast

Good morning dear friends,
I have used lavash in many recipes so far. Lavash pizza When I made it years ago, it was highly appreciated. And then again lavash pan pastry I did.
I made lavash toast for myself every morning this week, even though this makes my breakfast taste like a feast, I have a feeling that if I continue like this, I will soon start to gain weight :)
I tried so many flavors you wouldn't believe it, with salsa or guacamole sauce You can also use it, but my favorite is the simple version, which I will describe now.
By the way, you can use two pieces of lavash, or you can use one piece of lavash to prepare your toast in the form of a half moon.

Ingredients for Lavash Toast Recipe
- 2 lavash
- 1 pinch of cheddar cheese
- 1 small tomato
- 2-3 leaves of arugula or sorrel
- salt
- mill black pepper
- olive oil
How to Make Lavash Toast Recipe?
- Slice the tomato thinly. Wash and dry the arugula and tear it apart with your hands.
- Cut the chechil cheese into large and small pieces with your hands.
- Sprinkle all the ingredients on the first lavash. Drizzle some olive oil on it, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Put the other lavash on it and apply olive oil on it with the help of a brush. Bake in a preheated toaster until cheese melts.
- Serve hot or warm.
