Hello Dear Friends,

We woke up to a sunny Istanbul morning, but the weather is still a little cold. Although I stubbornly try not to get sick, I have a minor sore throat.

I wanted to start this week with a light recipe. The simplest example of protein+vegetable mixes that I made a habit of during the diet is stuffed cucumbers.

I think it is the best appetizer to prepare something pleasing to your eyes when you get bored of standard presentations and start to repeat what you eat, so you don't even want to snack.

Ingredients for Stuffed Cucumber Recipe

  • 3 cucumbers
  • 3 slices of white cheese (light)
  • 1-2 pinches of finely chopped parsley
  • black seed
  • olive oil
  • (if you are going to use curd, some salt)

How to Make Stuffed Cucumbers Recipe?

  1. Peel the cucumbers, cut the ends as if they will fit on a plate and divide into 3 equal parts.
  2. Use a pumpkin carving or watermelon spoon to dice the cucumbers without piercing the bottom.
  3. In a small bowl, mash together the cheese and parsley with a fork. Pour the mixture into the cucumbers with a suitable spoon.
  4. Take the cucumbers on a serving plate, sprinkle black cumin on top, drizzle with olive oil and serve.

    It's been 1 month since I started, I lost 3,5 kilos in the first week, then there was no click. I also lost my motivation. At first, I didn't have any escapades, but now my escapades have increased. Especially yesterday, I ate almost the whole bread for me for a huge plate of beans.       hello, I don't want to discourage you, but I regained all the weight I lost with this diet, now I eat whole grain or bran with two slices of bread with a crispy lunch and vegetable meal in the morning or a salad in the morning with an hour's walk and fruit in between for now, I think I've lost 2 kilos in 3 weeks, I think I'm back to a healthy life. come back :)

    Hi Nilay, these days I'm starting to have some difficulties with diet and I think I need some motivation. I started on March 19 and weighed 69 kg today with 62.7 kg. He has been around for a long time. I guess I am experiencing the warnings dukan mentioned in the book, my body started to show resistance, fatigue started and my appetite increased.     hello, the recipe looks very good, good luck to you, but you have a problem of not being full with vegetables, it seems as if the vegetables I eat are coming out of the big hole in my stomach :) on the contrary, I am more hungry so I do not like vegetable days very much, it cannot be said when I apply it in the shop, it will be because I make a lot of escapades, despite this I have lost five kilos in 56 days.
