Olive Salad
It all started yesterday when we went to the Spice Bazaar to buy seedlings :) While I was there, I said, let's move on to Tahtakale and stop by the shops I haven't been in for a long time.
Of course, my first stop was Namlı Deli. :) Inside, it's like a fairground, the delicatessen selling Turkey's best pastrami and breakfast dishes in my opinion, I tasted as much cheese and olives as I could and bought as many breakfast items as I could carry.
We bought pepper, pink tomato, melon, watermelon and strawberry seedlings from the bazaar where we only went to buy tomato and cucumber seedlings. We hoeed the planting area that we started to create last spring in my mother's garden and planted our seedlings. I'll stop by next week and take pictures :)
Olive salad came to my mind after this trip. The delicious olives of Namlı Şarküteri accompanied us for breakfast.
Happy Sunday everyone!!!
