Pasta with Neapolitan Sauce

It was only on Saturday evening that I started to feel a little better after all the activities I missed last week due to my allergic nature. We had an invitation for the evening. I will share with you what we did and ate and the nice details about the night later.

We couldn't go to watch F1 because we were tired on Sunday morning and I was still coughing a little :( We just went out to have breakfast and rushed back home. We turned off the TV and computers and enjoyed the silence.

Pasta with Neapolitan Sauce

I was craving something light but tasty for dinner. The first thing that came to my mind was to make pasta with Neapolitan Sauce :) I have a special admiration for this sauce. Napolitan sauce takes its name from the Italian city of Naples. Extra virgin olive oil is used in its production. Generally, fresh and large-leaf basil, and green pepper can be added to it. Of course, there is no need to depend on them. You can use butter instead of olive oil. If you don't like meat sauces, if you're tired of classic tomato pasta sauces, I recommend you try it.
